Are women better entrepreneurs?
According to a survey conducted by the Forum of Private Businesses together with University of Liverpool and HSBC on small and medium enterprises, 44 % of British companies run by women recorded growth in sales, which is 7 % higher than the average and 28 % recruited new employees, which is 10 % higher than the average. This should work as an incentive for the European governments to encourage woman to participate more intensively in business life and facilitate them the procedure of establishing an enterprise.
